THE EXACT SELLABLE CONDITION IN WHICH SUCH ITEM(S) WERE RECEIVED BY EITHER YOU OR YOUR DESIGNATED RECIPIENT). ANY AND ALL GARMENTS THAT HAVE UNDERGONE A PROFESSIONAL CLEANING PROCESS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN. ANY AND ALL HANDBAGS THAT HAVE UNDERGONE A PROFESSIONAL LEATHER CLEANING PROCESS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN.   • GRANTED YOUR REQUEST FOR RETURN IS ACCEPTED, THE ITEM(S) MUST BE SENT BACK TO OUR ATELIER IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING BOX WITH ALL LOOSE-FILL STYROFOAM AND INSIGNIA TISSUE PAPER. THE INSIGNIA TAPE, OFFICIAL MONOGRAM STICKER, AND REQUIRED QUEFAIREDEMESDECHETS.FR SHIPPING STICKER MUST ALL STILL BE ATTACHED TO THE SHIPPING BOX. YOU ARE REQUIRED TO REPACK YOUR ITEM(S) WITH PROTECTIVE BUBBLE WRAPPING, IN ORDER TO AVOID DAMAGE IN TRANSIT. ANY AND ALL ITEMS THAT ARE NOT RETURNED IN FLAWLESS SELLABLE CONDITION WILL NOT BE ISSUED A REFUND AND REMAIN IN THE POSSESSION OF CODY COVERDELL LIMITED, WITHOUT PROVIDING FURTHER LIABILITY TO YOU.     CODY COVERDELL LIMITED RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DENY YOUR RETURN REQUEST IF ANY AND ALL OF THE AFOREMENTIONED CONDITIONS FAIL TO MEET THE STANDARDS OF OUR MAISON. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL CODY COVERDELL LIMITED MAKE ANY EXCEPTIONS REGARDING THESE STRICT REQUIREMENTS, NO MATTER THE REASON.

  • GRANTED YOUR REQUEST FOR RETURN IS ACCEPTED, THE ITEM(S) MUST BE SENT BACK TO OUR ATELIER WITH ALL ORIGINAL TRANSACTION PAPERWORK AND ACCOMPANYING COMPONENTS, UP TO AND INCLUDING, INSIGNIA ENVELOPE, INSIGNIA AUTHENTICITY CARD, INVOICE STATEMENT, ORDER SUMMARY, CARDHOLDER RECEIPT, AND MONOGRAM WAX SEAL. ANY AND ALL PAPER CERTIFICATION THAT IS PROVIDED MUST REMAIN PERFECTLY INTACT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, UNCREASED, UNFOLDED, UNMARKED, OR UNTORN.

    CODY COVERDELL LIMITED RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DENY YOUR RETURN REQUEST IF ANY AND ALL OF THE AFOREMENTIONED CONDITIONS FAIL TO MEET THE STANDARDS OF OUR MAISON. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL CODY COVERDELL LIMITED MAKE ANY EXCEPTIONS REGARDING THESE STRICT REQUIREMENTS, NO MATTER THE REASON.

  • GRANTED YOUR REQUEST FOR RETURN IS ACCEPTED, THE ITEM(S) MUST BE SENT BACK TO OUR ATELIER WITHIN THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE DATE ON WHICH YOU RECEIVE RETURN ACCEPTANCE CONFIRMATION VIA EMAIL. THE ITEM(S) THAT YOU ARE RETURNING TO CODY COVERDELL LIMITED MUST BE SENT IN ONE (1) SINGLE SHIPMENT. IF PREFERRED, YOU MAY SEND THE RETURN WITH A DIFFERENT COURIER OF YOUR CHOICE AT YOUR EXPENSE. CODY COVERDELL LIMITED SHALL NOT BE DEEMED LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE TO THE ITEM(S) AFTER THE COURIER OF YOUR CHOICE HAS ACCEPTED THE SHIPMENT. IF THE COURIER OF YOUR CHOICE FAILS TO DELIVER THE PARCEL TO OUR ATELIER WITHIN FOURTEEN (14) BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE TIME OF ACCEPTANCE OR DELIVERS THE PARCEL TO OUR ATELIER IN A DAMAGED STATE, YOU WILL NOT BE GRANTED A REFUND AND THE RETURN REQUEST WILL BE DEEMED NULL AND VOID.

OUR MAISON WILL SOLELY COVER THE RETURN FEES OF DOMESTIC PARCELS BEING SENT FROM BOTH FRANCE AND THE UNITED STATES. THE REFUNDED AMOUNT TO ANY AND ALL ORDERS FROM OUTSIDE OF FRANCE AND THE UNITED STATES WITH A DDP (DELIVERY DUTY PAID) WILL BE EQUAL TO THE PRICE PAID AT CHECKOUT, LESS THE IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES, AS THESE CHARGES ARE ONLY COLLECTED ON BEHALF OF THE CLIENT’S NATIONAL TAX AUTHORITIES AND ARE NOT CHARGED BY CODY COVERDELL LIMITED.

  • AFTER RECEIVING YOUR RETURN PARCEL, CODY COVERDELL LIMITED WILL THOROUGHLY INSPECT THE ITEM(S) TO ENSURE THAT ALL OF THE ABOVE REQUIREMENTS HAVE BEEN FULFILLED. GRANTED ALL CONDITIONS ARE PROPERLY MET, CODY COVERDELL LIMITED SHALL REFUND THE VALUE OF THE RETURNED ITEM(S), SALES TAX INCLUDED, LESS ANY ORIGINAL SHIPPING COSTS, TO YOUR ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD. ANY AND ALL RETURNS THAT DO NOT SATISFY ALL OF THE SELECT CONDITIONS INDICATED ABOVE WILL NOT BE GRANTED A REFUND. YOUR REFUND WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL CODY COVERDELL LIMITED HAS RECEIVED THE ITEM(S) AND DEEMS SUCH ITEM(S) TO BE IN FLAWLESS SELLABLE CONDITION.

    YOU WILL HAVE THE OPTION TO REQUEST WITHIN THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS FROM BEING NOTIFIED THAT YOU ARE NOT ENTITLED TO A REFUND THAT YOUR ITEM(S) BE SENT BACK TO YOU, AT YOUR EXPENSE, IN THE EXACT CONDITION IN WHICH OUR ATELIER RECEIVED YOUR RETURN PARCEL.     PLEASE NOTE THAT THE COSTS AND RISKS INVOLVED IN THE RETURN OF ITEMS ARE BORNE BY THE SENDER. CODY COVERDELL LIMITED SHALL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE IN THE EVENT OF LOSS, THEFT, OR DAMAGE TO THE PARCEL. ANY AND ALL PARCELS FOR WHICH THE CLIENT’S IDENTIFICATION (I.E. NAME, SURNAME, LEGAL ADDRESS, AND TRACKING NUMBER) CANNOT BE AUTHORIZED SHALL BE REFUSED.

    PLEASE NOTE THAT THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW IS EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED FOR HAUTE COUTURE GARMENTS, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS UNDER (ARTICLE 59 - PARAGRAPH 1, LETTER C.) OF THE CONSUMER CODE, AS WELL AS THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE. ONCE THE RELATIVE HAUTE COUTURE PURCHASE ORDER IS SENT TO AND ACCEPTED BY CODY COVERDELL LIMITED, THE CUSTOMIZATION MAY NO LONGER BE CHANGED, NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED, NO REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED, AND THE CUSTOMIZED ITEM(S) CANNOT BE REPLACED.

  • ALL REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED WITHIN APPROXIMATELY SEVEN (7) BUSINESS DAYS FROM RECEIPT OF THE ITEM(S) BY CODY COVERDELL LIMITED. YOUR REFUND WILL BE CREDITED BACK TO YOUR ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD USED TO MAKE THE INITIAL PURCHASE ON THE WEBSITE. REFUNDS MAY TAKE SEVERAL BUSINESS DAYS TO APPEAR IN YOUR BANK ACCOUNT, DEPENDING ON YOUR CREDIT CARD ISSUER.
